With a background in English Literature, and Business Administration, and an accreditation in Online Business Management, as well as experience as a virtual assistant I have been able to thrive in the management of businesses and Project Management in the traditional and self-publishing world,

We are proud to balance running a business and raising a family, including our dog Dexter. Dominique Swanquist

Dominique Swanquist is the Owner of The Ninette Company and works with creative entrepreneurs to simplify the backend of their business, by managing and doing the tasks they know they need to do, but either don’t want to do, or don’t have time to do.

Besides helping creative entrepreneurs, Dominique is passionate about books, building up other women, and family.

On top of running her own business, Dominique is the Director of Operations at Muse Literary, a traditional publisher out of Chicago.

She lives with her husband of 14 years, their two kids, and an American Bully in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

Rick Swanquist

Rick Swanquist works as the Operations Director at the Ninette Company. His background in Construction Management has allowed him to specialize in areas like team management, project coordination, client interaction and communication, and business tracking and forecasting.

Besides helping manage the business, Rick is passionate about family, coaching, woodworking, remodeling, tattoos, and friends.

He lives with his wife of 14 years, their two kids, and an American Bully in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

Taylor Li

Taylor Li is a skilled Creative Virtual Assistant who excels in video editing, web research, crafting newsletters, data management, and designing user-friendly Google Forms. With a dynamic work style, Taylor thrives in fast-paced environments that keep each day rewarding.

Born and raised in Northern California, Taylor finds inspiration outdoors, especially by the ocean. Trips to Kauai, Oahu, and Disneyland are favorite escapes.

At home, Taylor enjoys life with her human family, two English Bulldogs, Izzy and Dixxon, and her French Bulldogs, Snow Bunny with her 4 pups. Along with her love for plants, she has a growing tattoo collection. Balancing professional expertise with personal passions, Taylor approaches every task with creativity and dedication.

Christina Gasiewski

Christina Gasiewski is a seasoned accountant with extensive experience in helping diverse clients navigate the intricacies of the entire accounting cycle. She provides well-researched solutions while translating data into articulate, actionable insights.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wayne State University, Christina is not only well versed in traditional accounting practices; she prides herself on keeping up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and trends, and how this impacts the accounting industry.

Christina has built her business upon collaboration, working with businesses and individuals across industries to help streamline their accounts and maintain or restore their financial health through diligent fiscal strategies.
